Our Story

MPS School of Real Estate has provided high‑quality continuing education for Wisconsin real estate professionals since 1994. We offer both in‑person and distance learning options to meet the needs of every licensee.

Our multimedia teaching approach ensures clarity, consistency, and engagement. In the classroom, students follow along with handouts that match the overhead screen, allowing full attention on the concepts presented. Assessments follow each session, and certificates are issued upon successful completion.

Meet Our Team

Michael Stanislawski

Michael Stanislawski

Founder of MPS School of Real Estate, Michael has been a licensed real estate broker and educator since 1977. He has taught for MATC, Century 21, Wauwatosa School of Real Estate, and Wisconsin School of Real Estate.

Michael has also served as a consultant to the Real Estate Examining Board, contributing to Wisconsin exam development. He holds an Undergraduate Degree in Adult Education from UW‑Stout and a Master’s Degree in Business Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Tim Kelm

Timothy Kelm

Tim is a licensed real estate agent in Wisconsin, Florida, and Virginia. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Carroll University and actively sells real estate in Florida with Coldwell Banker Realty. He also manages the MPS School of Real Estate website.

Karen Nemeth

Karen Nemeth

Karen brings over three decades of real estate experience. She is dedicated to helping clients achieve their homeownership goals and believes every client deserves an exceptional buying and selling experience.

Chess Erwin

Chess Erwin

Chess is a Broker Associate with Realty Executives Integrity in Sheboygan, WI. He holds ABR, GRI, and CRS certifications and is a certified DSPS trainer. He holds degrees from Stanford University and the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Kimberly Powers

Kimberly Powers, J.D., LL.M

Kim is a veteran in mortgage lending, title insurance, and real estate. She is a licensed broker and attorney in Wisconsin and Illinois. She holds multiple advanced law degrees and has earned awards for her work in predatory lending protection and Fair Housing advocacy.
